In lieu of subs, a flat per diem of $6.00 is auth for travel by mil ap and for period of temp duty enroute for both O and EM in accordance with existing law and regulations fr time of departure fr this sta until arrival at final destination. Inasmuch as the duties to be performed in connection with this mission are exceptional and will require more than 72 hours for their performance, a delay of not to exceed 30 days is auth at any place where necessary while enroute to ***** destination.
